A valid contract requires Offer, Acceptance, Consideration (your fees) and Capacity (the ability of both parties to fulfil it). The school — the experts — have already concluded you have the capacity. You only need to attend 70% of classes to fulfil your side.
Meanwhile, the school must provide qualified teachers, proper resources, fair examinations, and a structured appeals process. The law is very much in your favour.
Because unqualified opinion, hearsay, scare mongers, bullies and jealousy cause a contagion of worry and self-doubt to infect the student population more effectively than any virus. Fortunately, there’s an antidote.
Study Smarter, Not Harder
