You Already Know Enough to Pass Your Exam

The law is on your side. Your memory is full. You just need the right tools to unlock what’s already there.

Take the 60-Second Self-Check

A Few Honest Questions

Tap each statement that’s true for you. Be honest — the answer might surprise you.

1I’ve attended classes for at least ¾ of the scheduled time
2I’m considered a reasonable student by staff and peers
3I’ve done some study for my upcoming exams
4I have some understanding of the subject being examined
5I sleep well and rest at night
6I eat reasonably well
7I’m reasonably physically fit for my age
8I’m reasonably healthy in both mind and body
9No underlying condition will hinder my performance
10I want to pass and excel at my upcoming exam

If you ticked questions 1, 2 and 10 — plus any other three — you will pass. You have to. It’s the law. Keep reading to find out why.

Passing an Exam Is More Mechanical Than Scientific — and It’s Covered by Law

Education is a contract. Like any contract, it has rules. And those rules overwhelmingly favour you, the student.

The Contract

Offer & Acceptance — the school offers, you accept a place.

Maintenance

Both sides fulfil their obligations throughout the course.

Exam Time

The penultimate conclusion — demonstrating what you’ve learned.

Celebration

Results and graduation — the conclusion of the contract.

A valid contract requires Offer, Acceptance, Consideration (your fees) and Capacity (the ability of both parties to fulfil it). The school — the experts — have already concluded you have the capacity. You only need to attend 70% of classes to fulfil your side.

Meanwhile, the school must provide qualified teachers, proper resources, fair examinations, and a structured appeals process. The law is very much in your favour.

Four simple steps — so why all the fuss, the stress, the sleepless nights, the tears and worry?

Because unqualified opinion, hearsay, scare mongers, bullies and jealousy cause a contagion of worry and self-doubt to infect the student population more effectively than any virus. Fortunately, there’s an antidote.

Study Smarter, Not Harder

If your phone was at 20% battery, you’d plug it in. If you had too many apps open, it would run slowly and crash. You’re no different.

20%Stressed, scattered, depleted

vs

90%Focused, rested, recharged

Too many books open alongside Facebook, Instagram, TikTok, Snapchat and ChatGPT? Your efficiency drops below 5% and comprehension to under 2%. You’re not tired — you’re oxygen-depleted, dehydrated, and overwhelmed.

We don’t recommend you study more. We recommend you study less — but smarter.

Nobody Taught You How to Study

Think about it carefully for a moment:

Ask yourself honestly…

  • How many hours of class were devoted to the subject — but none to the art of studying?
  • Who actually taught you how to prepare for exams?
  • What specific training have you received in exam technique?
Our guess? Nil. Zero. Nothing.
If nobody showed you the way, you’ll only arrive by chance. And that’s a breach of contract.

The Knowledge Is Already Inside You

If you’ve attended class over a two- or three-year period covering your subject, you’ve already absorbed more than enough knowledge to excel. All you need are the tools to access your memory bank and release it in the right way.

Your Exam Is a Date — Show Up Properly

You wouldn’t show up to a blind date looking like something the cat dragged in. An exam is an invitation to give your best on a given day, for a specific time. Give yourself a fighting chance:

Wake Up
🚀 Get Up
👔 Dress Up
🚪 Show Up
🤫 Shut Up
🪑 Sit Up
Stay the Duration
The only time wasted is outside the exam venue whilst the exam is still in progress.

Countless students leave early, only to realise outside the hall that they hadn’t written enough or answered a question incorrectly. Once you’re out, it’s too late. Stay until the end — every single minute counts.
